5. Google Drive Integration

We allow you to upload materials from your Google Drive. We will only access your Google Drive to upload files that you select. We do not store your Google account data, and we do not share your content from Google Drive with any other party.

6. Zoom Integration

Our application collects and securely stores Zoom OAuth tokens in order to enable instructors to connect their Zoom accounts and host live sessions. These tokens are stored in an encrypted database and are never exposed to clients or logged in plaintext. We also securely store the Zoom Meeting ID and a hashed version of the Meeting Password to facilitate class access. All stored data is encrypted, and we retain it only as long as required for application functionality. Users may revoke access at any time.

To provide this functionality, our application requests the following Zoom OAuth scopes:

Meetings: Create, update, view, and delete meetings; manage meeting templates, participants, registrants, and meeting status; access meeting summaries and past meeting information.

Users: View basic user information and tokens; update user profiles, features, and settings where required to link an instructor’s Zoom account to the platform.

We use these permissions solely to support educational features such as scheduling and managing classes. Other meeting or user data is accessed only in real time when required and is never stored.

Note: Our application only stores the Zoom Meeting ID, a hashed version of the Meeting Password, and Zoom OAuth tokens. All OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and in transit, never logged in plaintext, and protected with industry-standard security practices. No other Zoom data is stored.

10. Inactive Account & Data Deletion Policy

To ensure the efficient use of storage resources, Ukkera reserves the right to delete account material data for accounts whose subscriptions have not been renewed for a period exceeding 6 consecutive months.

Deleted data includes all course materials uploaded by the user, such as videos, PDFs, documents, images, and any other stored files associated with the account. This action is irreversible once completed.

Upon deletion of material data, the account will be downgraded to the free-tier storage package. The account itself will not be deleted, and the user may continue to use the platform under the free plan or renew their subscription at any time.

  • Inactivity Threshold: Accounts with no active subscription for more than 6 consecutive months are subject to material data deletion.
  • Data Affected: All uploaded course materials including videos, PDFs, documents, images, and other stored files will be permanently deleted.
  • Storage Downgrade: After deletion, the account storage will be reset to the free-tier package limits. No subscription charges will apply.
  • Prior Notice: Ukkera will send email notifications to warn users before any data deletion takes place, giving them the opportunity to renew their subscription or back up their content.
  • Account Recovery: The user account will remain accessible. A new subscription can be purchased at any time to restore full storage access for future content uploads.

12. Financial Liability Disclaimer

Ukkera acts solely as a platform that enables instructors to offer and manage their educational content and services. Ukkera is not a party to any financial transaction between instructors and their students.

Ukkera bears no responsibility whatsoever for any fees, payments, charges, or any amounts of money collected by instructors from their students. Such transactions are exclusively between the instructor and the student, and Ukkera has no involvement, oversight, or liability regarding them.

Ukkera's sole financial responsibility is limited to the subscription fees paid by instructors directly to Ukkera for the use of its platform services. All disputes or issues arising from instructor-student financial transactions must be resolved directly between the parties involved.

  • Instructor Payments from Students: Ukkera is not responsible for any money, fees, or charges that instructors collect from students. These transactions are solely between the instructor and the student.
  • Ukkera's Responsibility: Ukkera is only responsible for the subscription fees paid by the instructor to Ukkera for access to and use of the platform's services.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any financial disputes between instructors and students must be handled directly between them. Ukkera does not mediate, arbitrate, or intervene in such matters.
  • No Refund Obligation for Student Payments: Ukkera is under no obligation to refund or compensate students for payments made to instructors. Any refund policies for student payments are set solely by the instructor.

11. Subscription Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your subscription. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days from the start date of your subscription.

To be eligible for a refund, your refund request must be submitted within the 14-day window. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the subscription start date.
  • How to Request: Contact our support team at support@ukkera.com with your account details and reason for the refund request.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Cases: Subscriptions that have passed the 14-day period, or accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service, are not eligible for a refund.
